As a nation unites in a bid to get past this unprecedented global pandemic, the world has seen the good side in many people.

From Tom Moore’s incredible fundraising effort to Thursday’s Clap for Carers initiative, people have done their bit, including footballers who have created the ‘Players Together’ campaign.

And one company is giving football fans the chance to give something back with an NHS inspired football shirt and bucket hat.

The design is based on the classic Italia ’90 third kit shirt and has a clapping ‘Three Lions’ crest.

“Football won’t be coming home this summer, but we are all coming together to support our NHS,” art-of-football.com say.

“All profits from the shirt sales will go to Meals for the NHS who are working to cater for NHS staff and in doing so supporting local restaurants.”

The shirt is inspired by England’s 1990 World Cup third kit and features a clapping ‘Three Lions’ crest to go with the Clap for Carers theme and will be available at the end of May

The bucket hats, meanwhile, have become a must have item for fans. Art of Football designers have used their vast collection of classic kits to create the hats, with fans snapping them up as soon as they go on sale.

Released once a month, the hats sell out in a matter of minutes.

They are all are made by hand, cut and sewn from an unwanted classic shirt and are one of one.


The new hat and shirts will go on sale on Friday, May 29 from 1pm on art-of-football.com.
