While most of us have been binge-watching TV shows on Netflix during the coronavirus lockdown, Britney Spears has been working on her fitness to some incredible results.
The 38-year-old popstar took to Instagram to boast about her latest physical achievements with some raising eyebrows at her claims.
She wrote: “Ran my first 5 !!!! Getting over your fear of pushing it in the beginning is key …. once I did that I hit 5 !!!!!
“Usually I run 6 or 7 …. my first try was 9 …. and now I did it whoop !!!!! 100 meter dash.”
Just in case you read that wrong, yes Britney Spears claimed she ran 100m in under six seconds, she posted a screenshot of a stopwatch on her phone showing 5.97 seconds.

This questionable achievement puts the Baby One More Time singer as the fastest person in history, nearly four seconds better than Usain Bolt’s record setting time in 2009.
Bolt set a blistering time of 9.58 seconds to beat his own 100m world record at the 2009 World Athletics Championships in Berlin.
What is more likely is that Spears just got her distances mixed up.
Fans commented underneath her Instagram post: ‘Impressive time’, ‘100 metres in under 6 seconds, watch out usain bolt’ and ‘so you broke the 100m world record?’
