Jurgen Klopp has made Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz his number one transfer target this summer. The 20-year-old midfielder has been a key player for the Bundesliga side so far this campaign with four goals and two assists to his name. The youngster is wanted by multiple teams with Manchester United and Bayern Munich interested, but Liverpool, who have the Premier League title all but wrapped up, are already looking ahead to the summer transfer window. Should the champions-elect fail to land Havertz they will switch their attention to former midfielder Philippe Coutinho. Liverpool are interested in bringing in a new playmaker this summer and with Havertz likely to cost a club-record fee they could switch their attention to Coutinho. The Brazil international left Anfield for Barcelona in 2018 but struggled to settle at the Camp Nou. Currently on loan at Bayern Munich, he has been told he can leave the LaLiga champions for £77m. Chelsea star Jorginho would be interested in reuniting with Maurizio Sarri at Juventus, according to his agent. Sarri bought the Italy midfielder to Stamford Bridge during his one-year tenure as Chelsea manager before departing for Juventus last summer. The midfielder is an important player under Frank Lampard but his agent, Joao Santos, did not play down a potential return to Serie A. (Mail Online)
