How the Premier League table would look this season without VAR after Gameweek 12

VAR is again dominating the headlines as we enter the second international break of the season.

The decisions being made by officials have been widely criticised for being too harsh, too lenient or taking too long.

We have seen 29 decisions overturned at Stockley Park thanks to their offside lines and judgements on handballs and tackles.

There are also countless other decisions that have not been overturned by VAR that perhaps should have been.

But we are only interested in how the Premier League landscape could have looked if the technology had not been brought in this season.

There have been 120 games so far and here is how the table would look if no decisions had been overturned by VAR.

1. Liverpool – 34 points

Real position – 1
