Derek Chisora has revealed he will be doing things his own way in preparation for his upcoming fight against David Price on October 26.
The one-of-a-kind heavyweight is planning to train and corner himself for the fight, but will first be sparring with his old friend and fellow Finchley ABC graduate Anthony Joshua.

“I am going to go and see him next week,” Chisora said of AJ.
“He has asked me a couple of times but I have been too busy but next week I will go and see him.
“We will go straight into sparring. He is tall like Price and I am short like [Andy] Ruiz.
“I will just be going in and out, no staying in Sheffield in hotels, that’s why my manager David Haye is here to organise, in and out.”
Chisora announced at a dramatic press conference last month that he’d no longer be working with trainer Dave Coldwell.
It was initially thought he’d seek a replacement, but he’s now confirmed: “I’m doing my own corner. David [Haye] has been saying I have to get a coach but I’m like, ‘Nah, I don’t want a coach.’
“I’ve been boxing for years, I know how to train myself, just write the programme and I’ll do it myself.
“That’s what we’re doing right now, and even on fight night.”
Chisora concluded by revealing plans for a shock fight he’s intending to have next, assuming he comes through Price.
“Yeah, Jarrell Miller’s next, 100 per cent,” he said.
“If I fight Jarrell Miller, he has to be tested for every drug.”
