After knocking out Steve Ralls in the fourth round in June, Gennady Golovkin is now firmly focused on picking up the IBF World Middleweight title.
Golovkin’s win over Rall was the perfect response to his dramatic defeat to Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez in September of last year in which in lost his belts.
GGG has had a storied history with the Mexican boxer, and many were hoping for a third fight between the pair next.
But the Kazakh superstar will instead be facing a different opponent as the 37-year-old looks to get some silverware back.
