Wolves are planning an audacious move to sign Real Madrid starlet Martin Odegaard, according to reports.
The 20-year-old is starring in a loan spell with LaLiga club Real Sociedad, scoring twice and registering one stunning assist in six games.
The Mirror claim Wolves have sent scouts to watch Odegaard in action this season.
The attacking midfielder joined Real Madrid for £2.3million from Norwegian minnows Stromsgodset in 2015.
But since then, he has been shipped out on loan to Heerenveen twice, Vitesse and Sociedad.
Despite making just one LaLiga appearance for the Spanish giants, Bernabeu chiefs value Odegaard at £20million.
Wolves spent heavily on attacking reinforcements in the summer transfer window, making Raul Jimenez’s loan move permanent for £33million and bringing in Patrick Cultrone and Pedro Neto for a combined £32million.
Earlier this month, Odegaard revealed he still sees his future at Real Madrid.
