Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is already considering in bringing in January signings after Manchester United’s shaky start to the season.
The Red Devils have won just one game in the Premier League this season, beating Chelsea on the opening day.
But since then, United have drawn with Wolves and Southampton and lost to Crystal Palace. Despite spending a combined £130million on Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Harry Maguire, Solskjaer is ready to splash the cash again.
According to Portuguese news outlet A Bola, United had scouts present at the Primera Liga clash between Benfica and Braga on Sunday.
It is claimed the players who caught the eye were defender Ruben Dias and midfielder Florentino Luis, with Luis wining a penalty leading to the first goal.
Dias has been a regular fixture in the Benfica side since making his debut in 2017, and was linked with a move to Old Trafford back in March.
In the same season, he made his international debut and was named in the Portgual squad for the World Cup, but failed to make an appearance.

Luis has taken a little while longer to get to the first team, hardly surprising he is two years Luis’ junior.
He played 11 times in the league, scoring his first goal against Moreirense in March.
