Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola called on fans to create a memorable atmosphere for their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Citizens went into the game trailing 1-0 from the first leg at Spurs as both sides battled for a place in the last four of the competition.
And well, if the game at the Etihad Stadium couldn’t get the crowd going then nothing would as City battled to a 4-3 victory over the north London side.
However, Spurs went through on away goals, ending City’s hopes of a quadruple.
And to make matters worse footage has emerged of City allegedly testing crowd noise on their speakers at their home ground BEFORE the match which you can see below.
This is potentially embarrassing news for City as they’ve recently come under fire for a lack of attendance at some big names.
The club had to send back 2,000 tickets for their FA Cup semi-final against Brighton at Wembley earlier this month.
They were also reportedly struggling to fill their seats for their Champions League quarter-final match at home to Liverpool last season.
