Leeds will look to strengthen their grip at the top of the Championship when they visit an out-of-sorts Nottingham Forest on New Year’s Day.
The visitors are currently three points clear of Norwich at the league’s summit, despite a shock 2-0 home defeat to Hull on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Forest will hope to leave their woeful form in 2018 – they are without a win in their previous five.

What the managers are saying
Marcelo Bielsa (Leeds): “The fourth game (at Forest) will be the most demanding one. We already played three hard games over 90 minutes.
“The main thing about the Championship is the intensity and the similar level between the teams.
“Our expectancy is to get a positive result next Tuesday.”
Aitor Karanka (Nottingham Forest): “I am excited because it is New Year’s Day and we are playing the team at the top of the table.
“We were almost better than them at Elland Road a few months ago, so playing at home against them, at this time of year, in front of a big crowd – this is the kind of reason why I love to be involved in football.”
Leeds will be without former Forest striker Patrick Bamford due to a knee injury picked up in training, while Liam Cooper is also ruled out.
