Real Madrid will renew their efforts to sign Eden Hazard by offering Chelsea two players as part of an exchange deal, according to reports.
Hazard, the Belgium forward, has long been a prime target for Los Blancos, and reports of their interest have increased in frequency over the past couple of months.
And the latest claims suggest Mateo Kovacic and Isco will be offered to Chelsea in exchange for Hazard, El Espanol report.
Croatia midfielder Kovacic is already on loan at Chelsea from Real, having moved to Stamford Bridge during the summer as part of Los Blancos’ deal to sign Thibaut Courtois from the Blues.
Kovacic has impressed for Chelsea, and earlier this month he admitted he could ‘imagine’ staying in west London beyond the end of his loan deal.
Isco, on the other hand, remains part of Real’s squad, though he has struggled for game time since Santiago Solari replaced Julen Lopetegui as the club’s manager.

Hazard has previously been in talks with Chelsea to extend his contract, which expires at the end of next season.
However, he revealed at the beginning of December that talks have been put on hold, while also admitting his love for Real Madrid.
He said: “There was a bit of talk [about a new contract at Stamford Bridge] but then it stopped, now we’re waiting.
“The new coach [Sarri] thinks football like me, so we’ll see. The family is in London, I’m also going to be 28…
“I do not want to have any regrets at the end of my career. It’s a decision I’m going to make, I do not know when, but I’ll take it.
“Me, you know me, I’ve always loved Real, even before [Zinedine] Zidane – we’ll see what happens.
“As I said, I’m already finishing this year with Chelsea. I still have a year of contract after this year, we’ll see.”
