Anthony Joshua surprised some lucky fans in a video released on Boxing Day by Sky VIP.
A selection of AJ’s supporters won a training experience with members of the heavyweight champion’s team, but got far more than they bargained for.
The session began with Joshua waiting in the wings, while his fans began to warm up.
British cruiserweight champion Lawrence Okolie – who is managed by Anthony Joshua – was on hand to help out in the early stages, and then the big man took over.
Disguised in a heavy body belt and head guard, AJ stepped out to take shots from a woman named Kate Hill.
He then went down feigning injury, only to pop up and surprise Kate, whose reaction was a sight to behold.
