The competition for places in Liverpool’s midfield is growing increasingly tough ahead of the Friday night trip to Wolves.
The Reds are looking to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League to four points when they meet Nuno Espirito Santo’s in-form Wanderers.
Jurgen Klopp is spoilt for choice in the middle of the park with Jordan Henderson, James Milner, Naby Keita, Georginio Wilnaldum and Fabinho all competing for places.
Meanwhile, Xherdan Shaqiri will hope he’s done enough to earn a start after coming off the bench to score twice and down Manchester United on Sunday.
There is very little wiggle room in Liverpool’s forward line with Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah almost guaranteed to start when fit.
So that could see Shaqiri deployed in a deeper role, making competition for places in the midfield three even tougher.
Klopp will wish he had the same level of depth in defence. The Reds are currently down to the bare bones with Joe Gomez (leg) and Joel Matip (collarbone) out until the New Year, while the Wolves game comes too soon for Trent Alexander-Arnold (foot).
And James Milner, who can fill in at right-back, is a doubt with a hamstring injury.
So, who will start at Molineux? Here is talkSPORT.com’s predicted line-up…
