Tottenham will play Chelsea in the Carabao Cup semi-final and Manchester City face League One side Burton.
The two-legged ties will be played in the weeks commencing 7 and 21 January, with Spurs and City, who won the competition last season, at home in the first leg.
It is a first major semi-final for Burton, a team that have only been playing in the EFL Cup for 10 years, having won the National League in 2009.
Spurs, meanwhile, last won the competition in 2008 when they beat Chelsea, with the Blues being victorious in 2015 when they beat Tottenham.

Ahead of the north London derby semi-final, Arsenal fan Piers Morgan challenged Peter Crouch to a bet.
If the Gunners lost to rivals Tottenham, he would wear a Spurs shirt to conduct the semi-final draw and vice versa.
A donation of £1,000, which will be funded by Carabao, would also be made to the winner’s chosen charity.
Former Spurs player Crouch won, thanks to Dele Alli and Heung-min Son’s goals, and funds are currently on their way to Donna Louise Children’s Hospice in Stoke.
